Fit and Sizing: It is essential to carefully review our size chart before making a purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is chosen. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for underwear that does not fit properly, as it is considered used merchandise.

Quality Assurance: We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you believe your underwear is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions: Our no refund policy for underwear also applies to underwear purchased in multi-packs or sets. Once any piece of underwear from a multi-pack or set is worn or washed, the entire set is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
